Ship Building Supervision


The company’s engineering department recently managed to sign and execute Nation's first Ocean going ship building supervision contract by appointing a team of highly skilled and well experienced supervision experts at the new building site with following duties:
To be in attendance at the Builder's shipyard at B. Abbas and (to the extent to which the representative would be entitled under the shipbuilding Contract) shall have access to the vessel and to the Builder's shipyard and workshops and the Builder's sub-contractors' premises as may be necessary for the proper performance of the Supervisor's duties hereunder until the vessels has been delivered to the Owner in accordance with the provisions of the shipbuilding contract; and
To attend to any claim that may constitute a breach by the We are very close to become total service partner of our valuable customers of the Warranty incorporated in the shipbuilding contract and supervise the rectification of any defects in any of the vessel which constitute such a breach and the payment by the We are very close to become total service partner of our valuable customers of any loss, damages or expenses recoverable as a result of any such breach.
To supervise for and on behalf of and in the name of the Owner, the construction and delivery by the Builder of the vessels in accordance with the applicable provisions of the shipbuilding contract and the specifications as from time to time amended. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, the Supervisors shall during the construction of the vessel have and be entrusted with the powers and duties as stipulated in the Contract.
